Formally claiming through certified mail (burofax) in case the debtor shows no intention to pay voluntarily.
Recommending the type of judicial procedure most suitable for the case and handling the entire judicial process until obtaining the judgment ordering payment of the debt.
Finally, if necessary, managing the judicial enforcement procedure of the judgment ordering payment of the debt to achieve effective payment, including lawyer and attorney fees (costs) related to the judicial procedures.
